Participants are invited to submit original scientific abstracts for oral presentation during LIVE 2012 programme. Abstracts must be submitted only electronically by using the online form via the symposium website.

The Organizing Administrative Bureau has reserved an adequate number of rooms in Thraki Palace Hotel & Conference Center & Egnatia Grand Hotel in Alexandroupolis at special rates, for the period from May 23th to May 27th, 2012.

The Organizers of LIVE 2012 offer a variety of sponsorship opportunities so that interested companies can promote their activities, research and technologies.
LIVE 2012 will be accompanied by a major exhibition where pharmaceutical and/or equipment/device industries will display relevant products and therapeutic developments. The exhibition will form an integral component of the symposium giving the exhibitors the opportunity to promote their activities, research and technologies.

All registered participants are entitled to receive a Certificate of Attendance. The Certificate will be issued only upon display of participant badge (nursing staff and students should also display their Identification Card for Nursing Staff/Students) and on return of an Evaluation Form at the Secretariat desk onsite.

Please note that participants upon confirmation of their registration will be provided with a barcode name badge, which must be used in order to record CME credits for attendance. Barcode badges must be scanned before entering and exiting the symposium halls. Credits cannot be allocated after the symposium.
Certificates with CME Credits will be sent after the symposium.

The Organizers as well as the Organizing - Administrative Bureau of LIVE 2012 will assume no liability for injuries or losses of any nature incurred by participants and/or accompanying persons, or for the damage, loss or theft of their personal property during the Symposium. Participants are advised to take out their own health, travel and personal insurances.
