Accommodation Booking

The Organizing Administrative Bureau has reserved an adequate number of rooms in Thraki Palce Hotel (symposium venue) and Egnatia Grand Hotel in Alexandroupolis at special rates for the participants for the period of May 23-27, 2012.

Conferre Ltd has been appointed as the official hotel accommodation agent for LIVE 2012 and will handle all related arrangements.

The rates below are valid for both individual and group reservations.

Official check-in time: 14:00 hours
Official check-out time: 12:00 hours

Minimum stay of nights: two (2)

*Transfer to and from the Symposium venue will be offered by the Organizing Committee with shuttle bus service running according to the Scientific Programme.

For individual booking

All participants can book for their accommodation during LIVE 2012 through the website by downloading the Accommodation Form, by completing and sending it to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau/Secretariat, Conferre Ltd, by email (info@live2012.gr) or fax (+30 26510 68611).

Please read carefully the Accommodation Form in order to be informed about the reservation details, the booking process, methods of payment and cancellation policy.

For Companies

Companies, who wish to invite participants to LIVE 2012, should apply directly to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau and send their requests by (info@live2012.gr).

The same procedures should be followed for both single and group accommodation booking(s).

Submission of the accommodation form is not encouraged for companies.
Please note that only written requests and probable amendments are acceptable.

All payments must be transferred free of charge for the beneficiary


Α copy of the bank remittance should be sent by e-mail (info@live2012.gr) or fax (+30 26510 68611) no later than 5 days after our receiving of this Accommodation Form.
After this period your booking will not be processed.


B. By Credit Card

Cancellation Policy

For any written cancellations of rooms sent to the Organizing-Administrative Bureau

Before & on 30/03/2012: there will be full refund
From 31/03/2012 until 15/04/2012: one night cancellation fee
From 16/04/2012 & onwards: there will be no refund

All changes or cancellations have to be made in writing to Conferre Ltd.
Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.
Refunds will be settled within 30 days from the end date of the Congress.
